ORG Bahamas - Help us Improve our Greatest Resource, by taking this survey

"A nation's greatest resource is its People." - Barack Obama
At ORG we believe that if we want a brighter future, we have to ensure that our workforce, our people, have the skills needed to build meaningful careers, rich lives, and a productive economy. Currently, there is a gap between the skills our economy needs and the education our young people are receiving.

In September last year, the country took a major step to bridging that gap when ORG teamed up with the Ministry of Labour and stakeholders across all sectors to drive the National Skills Symposium: "Forging Our Future", a multi-sector summit to assess and address skills gaps in the labour force.

Building upon that work BTVI, ORG, and the National Committee for Skill Development have created a survey to better understand the workforce training skills required for The Bahamas to be competitive in a global environment. If you are a Business leader and employer, we ask that you please take 5 minutes to fill out the survey and share your thoughts on which critical skills are needed in the Bahamian labor pool, now and for the future.
All individual responses and information will be kept confidential and only aggregated data will be published. The Survey will be open for response until March 7, 2019.
Once the survey is closed, information and top findings will be shared publicly. Please feel free to reach out to Dr. Robert Robertson, President of BTVI, if you have any questions on the survey

Thank you in advance for your support and your commitment to nation-building!
