By adding a live red carpet and results show, Cable Bahamas and the 242 Untapped team are creating an environment that allows guests and contestants to realize they don’t have to go to Hollywood to shine and feel special,” says Huyler. “I am extremely grateful for a part of movement that celebrates all we as a people have to offer and says ‘look out world, The Bahamas is here!’”.

Finalists Anna Calixte, Althea Pinder and Dominyc Rolle vie for $5000 in cash and prizes and recording contract.

Judges tasked with the final decision include producer/coach Chris Roberts, international worship leader and recording artist Nadene Moss, and singer/songwriter Jonathan ‘Jonny’ Farrington. Davrielle Burrows will cohost the finale along with Vincent ‘V-Mac’ McDonald of Elevation Records, who wears several hats as host, director and creator of the show.

I am excited to see how many people have inquired about tickets to attend the event and support their favorite contestant,” said V-Mac. “This season has been amazing and so have the contestants. They really delivered and took it to a new level. I especially have to say Freeport has been supporting their finalist, the church members here in Nassau have been backing there finalists so it’s going to be a tight race. Whether it’s Anna Calixte from Freeport, Dominyc Rolle or Anna Calixte, I am looking forward to working with them and helping define their gift as the next Bahamian gospel superstar and new member of Elevation Records.”
