Today we present a special Native Stew Award to a very special person in my life, my wonderful wife Tracy. Tracy has worked in the tourist service industry for over 20 years. First as a bus girl, waitress and now a chef at Sandals, Royal Bahamia.
She is excellent at her job, works hard, loves meeting and speaking with guests and laughs and smiles a lot. She is a very happy & cheerful person and really enjoys her work. And people take notice. She has recieved many notes & cards of thanks and appreciation from her superiors and guests from all over the world. She just recieved another 2 this week.
Here's a note from Tracy's big boss:

22nd August 2008
Good morning Tracy,
I know you are aware of how I enjoy watching you make omlets for our guests in Spices(restaurant).
I was even more impressed on Friday - 22nd August! I'm not sure I've ever seen you so busy, and all done with a smile.
Thank you for your hard work & good humour!
